Closed-course training
Our workshops are supervised closed-course training, not public-road lessons unless stated in the service terms. Participants must meet licence and identification requirements, follow safety briefings and instructor instructions. Service scope and price are in the service terms.
Inherent risk and no guarantees
Motor vehicle training carries inherent risk of vehicle damage, injury and mechanical failure. Participation is voluntary. Completion does not guarantee a driving licence, test pass, insurance discount, employment or any specific outcome. Results vary by participant, vehicle, weather and conditions. We do not guarantee accident avoidance.
Advertising accuracy
Claims about training, safety, instructors and outcomes are accurate and substantiated. Advertising is subject to Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR 'On Advertising' dated 3 July 1996.
Consumer rights and complaints
Nothing here limits your statutory rights under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10 June 2023. Complaints: email info@gadgetrevwiew.com with booking details. We will review and respond. If unresolved, contact the relevant consumer protection authority or court in Ukraine.
