1. Provider and licence

Licensed instruction displays the issuer, licence number, date and validity at the workshop and on request. This follows Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' dated 3 September 2015.
2. Eligibility and inquiries
Workshop information is for adults aged 18+ with a valid driving licence. The site is not a booking contract. An inquiry creates no contract; receipt is not acceptance. Scope, price and licence details are confirmed in writing. Ineligible requests may be declined.
3. Consumer terms and disputes
Prices may change before written confirmation. Consumer rights, the complaint procedure and dispute routes are governed by Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10 June 2023. Send complaints to info@gadgetrevwiew.com; we aim to reply within 10 business days. Unresolved matters follow the pre-trial claim procedure and Ukrainian courts.
4. Advertising and outcomes
Training, safety, instructor and outcome claims are accurate and substantiated under Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR 'On Advertising' dated 3 July 1996. No specific result is guaranteed.
5. Personal data
Inquiry data is processed under our privacy notice. Where consent is the basis, prior consent is obtained under Law of Ukraine No. 3623-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' dated 25 April 2024.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content or submit false information. Nothing here limits statutory consumer rights. We may update these terms by publishing a new version.
