Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Scope and provider

Services are provided by PE gadgetrevwiew.com, EDRPOU 04952522, Office 14, Business Center Horizon, 23 Antonovycha Street, Kyiv, 01004, Ukraine. This policy is issued under the Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII "On Electronic Commerce" dated 3 September 2015 and the Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX "On Consumer Protection" dated 10 June 2023.

2. Booking inquiries

A booking inquiry is a request, not a confirmed enrolment. No payment is collected until we confirm availability and send the service description, price, schedule and these terms in writing. A place is confirmed only when you accept those terms and pay the stated amount.

3. Cancellation and rescheduling

• More than 7 calendar days before the start: full refund.
• 7 to 3 calendar days before the start: 50% refund or one free transfer.
• Less than 72 hours before the start, or non-attendance: no refund; a transfer may be offered at our discretion.
• You may transfer your place to another person at no cost if you tell us before the start.

4. Cancellation by us, fees and refunds

If we cancel a course, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to another date. We charge no cancellation fee beyond the amounts stated above; payment providers' own charges follow their terms. Approved refunds are paid by the same method used for payment within 10 calendar days of approval, unless another period is agreed in writing.

5. Complaints and dispute resolution

Send complaints to info@gadgetrevwiew.com or +380 955 890 2376. We reply within 10 business days. If a dispute is not resolved, you may apply to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection or to a court under Ukrainian law.
